Second log!

It's hitting me that in less than a week I'm moving away from my hometown for what may be a very long time at the behest of my new employer. It's exciting, but also? Kind of unnerving. The idea of my life revolving around career is pretty sad. I know it's only temporary, because at the end of the two year training period I'll be able to settle someone that suits me much better, and my boyfriend will be able to move to this country and live with me.

Still!

Isn't the point of life to be surrounded by loved ones, family and friends? For the next 2 years I'll have to move around for work. Bleh. I don't like.

True first world problem, I know.

Other than that, today is pretty good. Had a fairly uneventful time at volunteer work. I write this while on a call with my boyfriend while he plays Sonic the Hedgehog 1 (my favorite classic Sonic).

He's more of a Sonic 2 guy. Scratch that, a Modern Sonic fan.

Personally my favorite Sonic is Adventure 1. :)
