23:48 DaemonFC; So what I do with New Vegas is this. First install the latest version of the binaries. Then install the New Vegas Anti-Crash Mod which implements SEH. Order it before the other assets. Then drop in a Direct3D 9 to Vulkan library intended to make the game play faster by bypassing Direct3D 9 on Windows and use the Vulkan driver from the Windows video driver.
