IN THE latest 3 parts [1, 2, 3] of the series about “Virtual Injustice” (delivering an injustice from the EPO, virtually over the Internet) we spoke about an António Campinos ‘shill’ who is apparently being well rewarded for enabling the corruption not only of Campinos but also Benoît Battistelli. There should be no expectation from Hungary to oppose any of the controversial and at times unlawful policies of the Office; instead, Hungary has been rendered a rubber-stamping apparatus by means of soft bribery. The video above discusses what was shown. What does this mean for the EPO? What does that mean for the Boards of Appeal and the ongoing high-profile case?
