RPi4-2GB @ 1.8Ghz, debian lite, xfce - spare, was general purpose desktop but i found it a bit slow. i don't find 2GB enough for desktop use.
RPi4-4GB @ 1.8Ghz, debian lite, xfce - main desktop for general use. 4GB suitable for desktop use.
RPi3B-1GB @ stock speed, armbian headless - music server using mpv. control via ssh and scripts for shuffle songs, albums, etc. iqaudio hat connected to Ruark MR1Mk2 and this connected to Yamaha sub-woofer.
RPi3B-1GB @ stock speed, debian lite - gemini server for gemini.mingmengtou.org served by agate on a dynamic dns.
RPiZeroW @ stock speed, debian lite - gps tracker in car, gps hat, home grown switch for reset, own script for gps logging.
RpiZeroW @ stock speed, no os - in box without role:-( was a gemini server but sd card died so i may spin it up again with an emmc.
Khadas Vim4-8GB, 32GB EMMC - waiting to be spun up as desktop to replace RPi4-4GB as main desktop.
i have passed on two RPi3B that were replaced by RPi4. If the Khadas proves suitable i'll upgrade my RPi3B to RPi4 and pass on the RPi3B.
as i'm off-grid for a month or so i only run up amd ryzen mini itx homebuilt beast for specific tasks: freecad, prusa slicer, scanning, eu4, etc.
i have switched to emmc instead of sd card for sbc use - better resilience to unplanned power offs and quicker.
i have loads of sd cards scattered about so i could take inventory on these and work out those to move on. i do need some for my 3d printers and backing up sbc.
