Loop Earplugs

I don't usually Shill for Products, but oh my god, these things are a lifechanger. I keep seeing people on Autism Reddit recommending them, so I finally got some, and wow! I can block out garbage but still hear conversations and music!

And they block my wife's snoring! And all the little sounds my car makes don't drive me crazy anymore! This is absolutely goddamn incredible.

My ears are too tiny for any size of the earbuds but the smallest ones. I thought, "What if the next size up would fit better?" and as soon as I tried to pull it out, it uh. Popped off the Loop and got stuck in my ear. THAT was fun.

For the first few nights I wore these to sleep, I would wake up without them. Once I found them back in their case with no memory of putting them there, but more often I would find them lying on the bed near me, or on the floor nearby. But I've gotten used to them and stopped pulling them out in my sleep, which is good. That would be a super dumb way to lose them.

Anyway, I super recommend these things for anyone who's misophonic at all.
