A fiction-posting framework by the admin of the Mastodon instance I’m on. I probably won't use it since I don’t have the brain power to host my own HTTP server, but I’m glad it exists.
Yet Another Smol Internet Protocol, this came across my radar last Friday, roughly twelve hours after the previous link roundup. So it goes in this one.
I love the smol internet so much. I love the passion people have for doing these things just because they’re fun.
A package for Sublime Text, my current text editor of choice. Because I’m a weirdo who uses text editors for everything, including writing, so having an easy way to swap between fonts is handy. Sometimes switching your font helps you re-read what you’ve written with a fresh set of eyes; also, being able to switch to a text-obscuring font makes it easier to write without going back and editing constantly.
Speaking of which, Twitter user @thatskyfii made four absolutely lovely fonts based on the lettering used in Final Fantasy XIV. I’ve been meaning to teach myself to sight-read them, but for now, they also work great for obscuring text.
And speaking of FFXIV, did you know there are players out there making their own jumping puzzles in their houses? Here’s a directory.
