Working on integration with external service. They were supposed to send me SSL certificate. It took them three attempts. First two attempts archive contained file named "certificate.pem" which actually contained html document, probably from thier intranet service.
Oh, and was it really necessary to include .DS_Store directorory in archive?
It takes five business days (and still counting) to whitelist two ip addresses.
