DMR Contact List Generation

I have some radios that can't handle the full ~300K contacts registered on RadioID.net, so I put together a tool to keep that list small but still usable.

There is a node script to monitor the hoseline from the Brandmeister DMR network and keep track of the last time each person spoke. I created an endpoint to dynamically assemble the data in CSV files for different radio brands.
