Offpunk with client certificates

Yesterday, I made offpunk work with client certificates! Now I can finally log in to my favourite forums without using amfora. Technically, offpunk doesn't do or know anything about it. It is netcache that now checks a configuration file to see if the domain it is going to access is one it has a certificate for and then loads it.

I still should add commands in offpunk to configure the certificates and also add some flags to netcache to enable or disable them (they be commented out in the configuration file) but it is a good start. At least for me, it works. If you want to use it now, here is a link to a diff for netcache.py and an example of a configuration file.
