Quick Update:

2023-10-25

I spent way too much time trying to set up a dedicated linux machine, only to have it die before my eyes minutes after I powered it up. The moral of the story, Don't store you Hard Disk drives in the garage. I think the extreme temperatures we get up north may have affected them for the worse. On the plus side, I found out you can set up a linux distro within Windows with WSL. No more dual booting to experiment with Linux when I'm on Windows.

p.s.: Why is it taking years for my html page to update. It would be incredibly frustrating to find an obvious typo on there after the wait. I guess it would make more sense typing it up locally on my machine, and then checking it before transfering the file to the server (however you do that.)

Oh well. Just another thing to add to my long list of things-to-learn.

p.p.s: Okay. Maybe the latency problem was on me. My html was all jacked-up. It's up (my html page) and any changes I make are seen immediately when I refresh the page.
