With maybe 1 exception, I haven't been to the gym the entire month of March. Additionally, I've let my eating habits slip as well. Tonight the Mrs and I decided to get back on-track. She's done a little better job than me, but break time is over.


I'm definitely a creature of habit and need that habit (at least the positive ones) to stay on target. I'm not one to be hanging out one saturday and say "I think I'll go to the gym." No. I need to create the habit and not break it for more than 2 days in a row in order to see and feel the physical benefits. I'm lazy, and I know I'm lazy. So I need structure when motivation is lacking.
