After 2 hours: Arm is sore but no biggie.
Overnight: Sore arm keeps waking me up.
Next morning: Still sore arm, but other than that nothing too much.
Mid-morning: I feel like I just ran a marathon. And, then did a 6 hour gym session.
Evening: I need to lie down. For a month, maybe more.
