With Coid-19 going on this journal may be a bit
boring for a while, but a few funny things did happen
today.
Most kids around 3 hate the vacuume. It's loud and quite
annoying. Sometimes you don't seem to care that I turn it
on but today you weren't having it. Your mother had to bring
you into your room during this "horrific" event. What's funny
though, is how you say vacuume, it sounds like "fuck you". So
when I pulled out the vacumme today you just started screaming
"fuck you" "fuck you". Your grandparents have a dog named Axel,
whenever you say his name you always pernounce it "asshole".
Other than that there wasn't much excitement around
here. You where singing the Spiderman song that I
taught you yesterday. I thought that was cute. haha
I should get back to my linux studies now. I've been
doing it on/off for a few years now and even though
I clearly have and interest and seem to know a bit, I
always stop because I don't feel I'm smart enough to get
into IT. That's something I'm working on and something
I hope you never have to work on. Whatever it is you find
an interest it, I hope you go far in it, whatever it may be.

So I got home from work around 6am. Generaly, I
go to sleep and wake up periodically to you trying
to wake me. "Dad, get up" is what I'll hear through
the layer of sleepy fog as I pass back out, then again,
"Dad, get up, I want to wrestle". This is what almost
always happens on my night shift.
Today though is my last day before my 4 days off,
plus your mom needed a break so I wanted to stay awake
all day with you then hopefully fall asleep at night
and get my sleep schedule back to normal hrs.
Things don't always happen that way when you
work at night. The day began with me getting
home and constantlly nodding off on the couch.
Then when you got up we played for a bit. I
remember passing out on the floor and waking to
you jumping on me full force over and over. I ended
up just going to the couch and going to sleep.
A woke a few hours later. You have this light
up turtle toy, the shell has little starts cut
into it, when you turn it on it illuminates stars
on the walls and ceiling. "Stars dad" you'll say
when you want me to come in your room with you,
turn off the lights and look at the stars.
Sometimes you'll grab mine and your mothers hand
and try to drag us into your room and make us watch
the stars with you. If we try to leave, you'll
sometimes get pissed off. haha
You wouldn't pick up your Cheerios......
...You were punished:)
I was playing Talkin Heads - Girlfriend Is Better.
You seemed to like it because you started dancing.
We where dancing and going in circles for a
about 10 - 15 minutes before I sat down. You
kept spinning in circles after that and finally
you fell and hit your head and started to cry.
You mom and I couldn't help but laugh. You felt
better after something like 15 seconds.
Hopefully Convid-19 slows down and we'll have
more options for places to take you soon. Summers
around the corner. It's 04:23 now..I probably
should go now
