The greater than 10 MeV proton flux crossed the 10 pfu mark at 11:53 UTC. This was possibly a response to the westwards coronal mass ejection of 27 August 02:12 UTC, with expected glancing blow on late 28 August. That ICME arrival leaves the possibility for minor storm conditions about that time.
