Introducing Talkie for system-wide push-to-talk

Thanks to the quarantine, lots of us are working remotely and frequently participating in calls and meetings.

Since not all of us are able to work from a quiet environment, I made Talkie, an app for automatically muting your mic while you're not holding a hotkey.

Talkie is an open source Qt app available for Windows, Mac and Linux (X11 only).
