I hate CSS because it is unnecessary and treats the web like an advertisement rathter than being read like a document. HTML is good though.

css is awesome, it can make pages beatiful.

There's a compromise between >>422 and >>426: use CSS, _but_ make it so the page is readable even when it's disabled
