Lite XL last release

Today I did the last release of Lite XL for AmigaOS 4.1. Don't worry, I am not stopping working on this fine editor. On the contrary. I will stop working on the v1.16.12 source branch so to focus on the latest available version.

The last few days I managed to port Lua 5.3 and Lua 5.4, as well as the PCRE2. Although the newer versions of Lua are not necessary yet, the PCRE2 is one of the mandatory libraries needed. All of them are highly experimental, and not tested thoroughly, but I am happy I managed to finish them.

In the new v1.16.12.7 release, which is already available to be downloaded from my git repository and OS4Depot, I did a few changes that might help with the SDL to use the Gfx Card in a better way, which will increase the overall speed. Also, I included a few plugins and colour schemas that are tested and working fine with this version, in case you would like to add some extra features or make it look better for you.

I updated the README_OS4 file where you can find more information about all these additions, how to use them and a couple of tips 'n tricks that might help you.

I hope it will keep you occupied until the next major release, which is going to be epic.
