First Post!

Hey all! I'm new to this gemini thing but I found out about it a few months ago and since then, I've been more and more interested in it.

A few days ago, I finally decided to bite the bullet and set up a server of my own.

It was surprisingly easy to set up (at least the gemini part.) It only took me a few hours to get everything configured but the dreaded systemd had to rear it's ugly head and make the process complicated (as well as a host of file permission issues.) Now it's finally up though and I can get writing.

Looking forward to writing a bunch on here though. See you in the next post.
