Rotate a string by the specified offset:

dcode -rot {11} "{spwwz hzcwo}"

Rotate a string by all 26 possible offsets:

dcode -rot {all} "{bpgkta xh qtiitg iwpc sr}"

Reverse a string:

dcode -rev "{hello world}"
