Tag crawler reboot #️⃣ 👢

Last November I wan't sure what to do with my tag crawler

Today I fixed (only) one of its shortcomings, then blew away the old data and told it to recrawl everything. I've de-emphasised the "hash" because it finds other kinds of tags too.

Currently the tag index is starting to come back from nothing. I like the randomness of picking any one of the tags its found and seeing wat people said. That works better now because all the dead links have gone.

The one thing I fixed was that the tag index now shows a page title along with the URL, so you have a bit more of a clue as to whether you want to follow the link.
