Mime says nothing 🗨️

I noticed that I couldn't read some pages because there was no MIME type in the Gemini response.

For example, erock's gemlog

I was going to send erock an email pointing out their mistake, but I found this:

> If <META> is an empty string, the MIME type MUST default to "text/gemini; charset=utf-8".

So I sent no email and fixed my client. I think that Deedum has the same problem. Amfora doesn't seem to. That's all the cients I had to hand.
