Jemi on Linux 😕

I haven't had a Linux install for a while, so I installed Alpine on a VM, added Xfce4 and tried Jemi. Ouch.

So, here's a screen shot on Windows - you get what I'm expecting.

Jemi on Windows, light theme, DejaVu Serif font

But on Apline/Xfce4...

Jemi on Alpine Linux with Xfce4, light theme, DejaVu Sans font

the address bar is collapsed to almost nothing, and you can't see the text in there.

the status bar is huge because the zoom slider renders unexpectedly large.

the outline colums aren't getting the background colour

As a work round, got to settings (cog icon) and change the look and feel to "Metal". It looks less native, but it works right.

It *should* work on a Mac, but it's years since I had one so I can't test. If you try it and it looks funny, try the same "Metal" thing.
