How not to please Italian fans 🇮🇹

The locals who came to see a Ferrari win were disappointed. A damp race race at Imola wasn't that exciting, but there were some things to think about.

Verstappen had it easy, winning without pushing too hard. Yawn. Leclerc couldn't win but should have had an easy third, until he was distracted by a small chance of second and made a stupid mistake. Maybe his Achilles heel is that he can try too hard and then the mistakes come?

At Mercedes, Russell seems to be quietly doing better than Hamilton. How long will that go on before Hamilton loses interest?

My favourite thing was the hand of fate which saw Bottas and Russell having to race, after swapping ends of the grid, and presumably expecting to see very little of each other.
