I'm pleased that someone read my thing, and I'm happy that people do what they want. I understand and use the hierarchical nature of URLs, and I'm only a little ruffled when I have to do that. It's not your job to avoid ruffling me.

Meanwhile, I'm happily ignoring other people's views on spaces after headings, or curly quotes.

EDIT: looking at my capsule log, I see quite a lot of hits for URLs like

so I guess that not all clients deal with relative links so well.
