Solving Rubik's cubes! Yay!

My personal unofficial fastest time is 7.70 seconds, but most of the time it takes me around 12 seconds. I use the Roux method, where you do the left and right hand sides first and the middle last; whereas the beginners method will have you doing layer by layer.

There used to be an irc channel on freenode that I used for a few years. Unfortunately freenode went down at some point. I miss all the guys from there (though I know some of them still, irl.) Although irc is even less popular now than back then, it would be nice to bring back that same kind of little community.
