Necessary Humiliation

I am looking for a job now and it's become clear to me just how bad I am at algorithmic coding interviews. They give me major anxiety.

The experience of not being able to do something while people watch is humiliating. The only way out is through, though. I just have to admit that I'm a charlatan and submit to grinding practice like everyone else.
