The Mrs. called somebody to look at our furnace that went out over-night. This being a Friday and experiencing early cold temperatures, I was pretty happy she found somebody to come out and all they had to do was replace a fuse on the control board. Unfortunately, the fuse blew again a week later. I replaced the fuse with the last spare that we had and we bought a small pack of replacements, however now you have that feeling that you don't "trust" that the furnace will continue to run.

We're just getting into the begining of winter and it would really suck to have it go out when nobody is here, or for the blown fuse to be an indicator that the control board has a bigger problem that won't be fixed by a fuse replacement.
