And we are are in a cost of living crisis right now - this is a very expensive country at the best of times (why I want to work overseas!).

[21/03, 01:40] +370 614 24644: I asked card provider try to check bank statement from Nationwide and explained your situation which is not easy to get required address proof. they asked "  lease agreement signed with landlord " for address proof instead .... but finally, they considered and approved your case to upgrade Card to Full KYC
