Today was silly

I spent too much of the day working on infrastructure for this gemini capsule. I use a tool called dokku for deployment of my various containerized apps. I learned today that dokku is highly coupled to ports 80 and 443, which was a pain.

I tried:

setting up a tcp stream block via nginx

bypassing the built-in nginx proxy

crying

I was only successful with one of those attempted solutions. What should've been a quick deployment process turned into a day learning more about dokku than I had ever planned.
