Article 1: Definitions

Capsule - The collection of Gemini pages present at this domain (dennis-kok.nl)

Identity - The certificate sent by your Gemini browser

Fingerprint - An identifiable property of your certificate

Gembook - The guestbook of this capsule, present at gemini://dennis-kok.nl/gembook

Article 2: Privacy policy

We do not (intentionally) process personal information. Do not enter any personal information on this capsule unless you agree to have your personal information stored and/or displayed.

Your fingerprint will be stored for the purposes of linking a display name and linking messages you've sent in the Gembook. This will happen once you create a profile.

You can have your personal information and/or Gembook messages removed by sending an email to denniskok@fastmail.com.

To remove your fingerprint from our server, visit gemini://dennis-kok.nl/profile and use the "Forget about me" link or use the link provided below. This will also remove the display name you have provided on your profile, except for those already on the Gembook page.

No information whatsoever will be shared with third parties. Any information may be processed by me for personal or development reasons.

Article 3: Gembook rules

The following rules apply to sending messages on the Gembook. Breaking these rules may have your messages removed.

Discriminatory and/or racist messages are prohibited.

Hateful messages and calls to violence are prohibited.

Spamming (sending many messages quickly and/or sending identical or meaningless messages) is prohibited.

Sexual content and/or topics are prohibited.

Advertising is prohibited.

Pretending to be an authoritative figure is prohibited.

Messages that break Dutch or German laws will be removed. (The server is hosted in Germany)

If you believe your message(s) were removed in error you can send an email to denniskok@fastmail.com. Your email will be processed within one working week.

Changes to this document will be documented below. It is advised to check this document whenever you intend to send a message on the Gembook.
