I listened to the new Oliver Anthony Song, and there is a lot about it that can make you think. With the increased reliance on the surveillance state that we live under these days, it's not something that should be politicized other than that. 1984 preached about this a lot, there is no one side or the other, it's just another avenue for control, and that really sucks. There is a constant uphill battle between our freedoms as people, and convieniences for the government. Don't get me wrong, I am pro establishment, we need police stations, and fire fighters, and social workers, and so one that are there providing public services, however, it's still a shitty situation where you have stuff like AI being weaponized on the daily. Don't get me wrong either, I'm all for AI, but it should be outlawed as a weapon, it has the same destructive impact as a nuke.

Last night I dreamed about stealing Essences in path of exile and being thrown in Jail for it. It was vaguely set in a town I grew up in, but it was a lot stranger with different buildings and landscapes that shouldn't exist where that town resides. I was arrested along with 3 other folks. While we were in jail, my cousin came and broke us out, but we had to find somewhere to run. It then switched over to me looking for my wife who had been taken by something. It was a horrid beast looking thing, almost like a demon. I chased them over cliffs through portals and across all manner of exotic and fantastical settings ranging from a fae forest to a clocktower at the end of time. Somedays I wonder how much I love my wife, and that dream solidified the answer, A lot.

I gave up on using the new keyboard for anything gaming related, it's really hard since this thing doesn't have a wrist rest, and it makes it a little difficult to find buttons when I'm just trying to relax. I at least set up a layer whose sole purpose is to be a gaming layer with alt and such all being on one side of the keyboard since it is split and ergonomic, so I'm trying really hard to work more with it because eventually I'll be flying around it like a pro.
