Such a misleading title: this oath mandates the end of pornography consumption.
It has been an addiction in the past, and the best way to get out has been to stop it completely. Pornography does weird, mostly bad things to your brain chemistry and leaves you with lewd imagery floating around and popping up in inappropriate moments. You won't miss it, just do something else.
