20210623 Plant

My wife wanted a big plant for her birthday. She thought it would be nice to have a big plant against the wall between the kitchen and the dinner table. So we set out to buy a big plant and bought a beautiful pot and a plant of 1.5 meters high with big leaves. It cost a lot of money and after two days it started to shed leaves. After one week it looked so bad that I asked the lady in the flower shop what I could do to save it. She said it was probably the floor heating, but I said we had not used that in the last couple of weeks and then she said she had no idea what the problem was. One week later I officially declared the plant deceased and we threw it away. I don't think my wife will ask for another plant next year.
