Not that we wanted to, but we didn't want to call for help. The thing is the sea took us to IS38 which the designation of a little island There is not much there just a little round hill covered in high green grass, that's juicy and sweet and it's toxic to most animals on the island, but not to humans like Dunlin and me. So we went crazy. And it was all the sea's fault. Back to our 'ntusi, birds are now circling the our island, chasing for an evening meal. These are not too much different to Earth, just larger, but not much. It's, well, mostly how we imagine Earth from dokus and school and such. But they are nice all the way. Our orange star is now setting on the horizon. And I think, where am I from? Dunlin says we're from the ship as we were made into embryos in the ship. But we were born on Dulzaga, our planet. And we will never go back to the ship, it was not made for a return trip and it's not deep space worthy. So... and we aren't really of Earth, maybe from Earth, but not really of Earth. And, at the same time, we're so alien to Dulzagua, our sweet home. It would be great if somebody would answer me from Earth. But nobody will. ~ Pioneer Stormbird FTJ, age 15 Next line should be blank. EOT gemini://cosmic.voyage/dulzagua/09.txt
