ADDENDUM TO PRELIMINARY REPORT
Notice To B&FC Personnel:
SSSF Investigative Command has taken authority over the investigation
into the Archer-51. Accordingly, all B&FC personnel are hereby notified
that you are bound by contract:
* To cooperate with the SSSF IC in all matters related to the
investigation.
* To retain all records of the Archer-51, whether posted to QEC or not.
* To cease and desist any further commentary on the investigation. SSSF
IC will make all further updates on the situation.
Directives:
* Proceed as detailed above and per contract.
* Any deviation from these directives is cause for termination.
