I imagine a future where Amazon suggest most the items I buy and I'm happy with most the items they suggest.


It's a two way process: I tell Amazon what I want, but I'm also influenced by their suggestions. Over time, my interests and their model of me converge.


One day, an unexpected package arrives. Amazon has become so accurate they decided to skip the suggestion step and just send me the item. In the following weeks more packages arrive. I stop looking at the Amazon website and I'm mostly happy with what I receive.


Is this still a market economy?
