Found this big scary spider next to my bed. I thought it was a black widow at first but since it's brown, I don't think it actually is.
My first guess is a Boreal Combfoot, but I'm not totally sure. It's getting late, so I should probably go to bed, but I will have an hour long video to watch in the morning to see if I can id it.
I'm terrified of spiders (as long as I can't see them, I'm happy for them) but Travis has somehow made me find them almost cute. Maybe he'll make me like this spider.

Don't kill it. If you kill a spider back luck is going to follow you and a lot of insects. As they say, if there is a spider, there are worse insects in your home. Better not take any chances.
It's unfortunately that the spider was next to your bed, but it's there to help like @Troler said. If the spider can live there, then it's eating something else that you'd rather not have...
