I think it's just because I uploaded a .txt file (detected as "text/plain") and Addison's was .asc ("application/pgp-keys").

@skyjake that's correct. I thought the MIME type would help in case someone wanted to scrape keys at some point.
I wonder why the key by skyjake shows as text and the one by Addison shows as download. I guess text is easier to use since you can copy-paste to the key manager app without using a temp file
