I just had an idea but I'm intentionally being vague because I haven't thought it though haha.
Bubble is super convenient for discussions. Federation would be better, but things would have to be super simple, not ActivityPub style, something more like public email. It would need to build on top of gemini with its own client/server architecture, with the clients facing gemini. Maybe it should build on Misfin.
What I know for sure: no feed, no following, no public timeline. Just an inbox but anyone can read the threads.
