I get a weird feeling about following users, instead of their user-feeds, as I want to know what they post in their subfeed but I fell like I'd also like to know if they post on a more or less large thread (which would probably be fixed by just following some of the subspaces, but then I'd also get somethings that would count as noise for me)

But I fell like following the user would create the same noise and still feel as "stalking" them, which is a bit of a weird feeling I have.

All of which, makes me fell weird.

What are your thoughts, do you follow the users, do you follow their subspaces or do you just not follow anybody?

If you don't follow anybody does that mean you also don't follow /s/ subspaces or that you just are happy with what the latest posts show?

I don't think there's anything creepy about following someone. Personally, I only follow a couple of users, though. As an admin, it's useful to follow someone if you want to ascertain they're respecting the CoC, for instance. One might also want to follow a real-life friend, or perhaps a prominent member of the community.

The traffic here is calm enough that it's easy to just read All Posts, but not everything is shown on the front page. Follows enable you to get a more customized view into comments and subspaces that are omitted from All Posts.
