Hit a 10 pound weight loss milestone today. Very happy! Doing lots of physical labor and eating right in moderation seems to be paying off. When I started really excercising I was a little discouraged since it seems I actually gained weight, but looking back I think an increase in muscle mass could counter balance weight lost through fat burn, so perhaps measuring my waist would be a more accurate way to see how im doing. Either way I am out of belt notches and my pants are super baggy so its time to go down a size. Yay!

i guess cutting bad carbs like bread, rice, grains helps to loose weight. and if you manage to do eat once a day, you just physically cannot eat as much as you'd eat thrice.


btw it's not that i am talking abstractly, i know it by my example. i very rarely eat bad carbs, and i eat once a day.


it would sound impossible to me several years ago, i had to eat every two hours to not have a headache. but today it is a completely different life, since i taught myself to live like this.
