Kovok - pre-production guitar tracking

My band Kovok are recording our first 4-track EP during the following weeks. So this week I have started with guitar tracking, with 2 / 4 songs now recorded.

I have used free software for the whole process: JACK, Ardour, Guitarix and GNU/Linux. You can watch this video of one of our songs (guitar only), showing the process:

Thanks for the kind words! We are still recording vocals and some other missing bits (sorry, IRL and XMas got in the way). Once finished though, we do plan to release our songs also on free and/or decentralised platforms, such as Peertube or Funwhale.
