Second Tabs Demo

Tabs are now larger and easier to use in general. They can be swapped between right- and left-hand sides of the screen, or hidden altogether. Most interaction with the tabs is done through context menus now. There's a menu entry which will check the host for a "favicon.txt" file and, if it's present, use that as its icon.

I switched the UI text to use the Noto Sans font, and Noto Emoji for tab icons that are emoji.
