Music submissions open + updated radio playlist

The music playlist on Hashnix radio has been updated with some creative commons picks, including: NIN, Jonathon Coulton, Sun Araw, and more.

Also, there's a new way to submit music, which can be found on the capsule. You can send tracks to be added. Alternatively, you're invited to register and add tracks manually via /pub/snd/music directory.

Plus weekday streams will air 2 - 10pm PST/23 - 0500 UTC, starting next Monday. I'll pop in every so often, then you can stream in via details on capsule, and take turns w/ posts on this subspace or the pubnix. :)

Finally, in case of gem-client incompatibility, I've added an m3u file of the stream you can download and load via external media player on top of the gemini and http streams.
