There is no offical name for the Gemini page subscription specification.
Some people call it gemsub or gmisub. I think it would be helpful, if the companion specification would mention a canonical name.
If you want more options, put them in the comments, and I will update the poll.

I like "Gemfeed" because it's in line with "Gemtext".
For me the problem with nailing down the name is that these Gemini feed pages are not a format of their own. They are just regular .gmi pages with at least one Y-M-D link somewhere on the page. Thus it's "Subscribing to Gemini pages" and not "Subscribing to Gemini feeds".
That is true. But isn't there functionality out there, which can subscribe to pages and monitors just the headings?
A Gemfeed could be the total of all YYYY-MM-DD links, depending on how you look at it.
Part of what makes a feed page is the author's intention to update it. I can imagine historical timeline pages that might have Y-M-D lines, but which are never intended to be updated. I really like the idea that they are just regular pages, but having a name for them might allow authors to better communicate their intention. ("Here is my gemfeed page" or "Here is a gemfeed page with my recipes") Just a thought.
