The Lagrange port in FreeBSD is two years old

So I'm working on updating it myself. I've gotten the build working fine now with the newest stable, just need to fix the plist to include translations. Posting this from Lagrange-1.16.4 on FreeBSD built with my updated port.

Someone had already submitted a patch to bring the port up to 1.15, but I went ahead and sent mine anyway to bring it up to latest stable. I'll comment again if and when it's merged. This would be my first contribution to FreeBSD ports.

@stack - the maintainer did eventually get to it, but since there had already been another Lagrange release in the intering he leapfrogged past the version I had committed. Everything should be good now either way.
