Issue: Cosmos' index page is served from two different URLs

gemini://skyjake.fi/~Cosmos/view.gmi points to the Cosmos root with a `=> index.gmi` link instead of `=> .` or `=> /~Cosmos/`.

Not only is the same content served from two different URLs (gemini://skyjake.fi/~Cosmos/ and gemini://skyjake.fi/~Cosmos/index.gmi), this apparently creates duplicate pages in search engines and their related functionality like backlinking or page ranking.

I had some semi-valid reason for linking directly to index.gmi but can't recall it right now... It should probably be fine to just use the /~Cosmos/ URL instead.

I've changed the links that pointed to index.gmi to just "./".
