does anybody here collect comic books? I've been collecting and reading comic books/graphic novels for the past year and really enjoying the hobby

I love comics and graphic novels, but have a really hard time reading them, so my love is more theoretical. There is something about my brain untangling the intermingling text and visuals that makes everything look like a confusing jumble. It takes a great effort to try to follow the story. But the rest of my family loves collecting and sometimes occasionally creating comics.

I owned and operated a comic book store for several years, so you could say that I was a bit of a collector, yeah!

Comics are fun and it's nice to follow your favorite characters, writers, or artists as they change and grow over time. Also looking back at how they were years ago, maybe before you were even born, can be hugely entertaining as well!

I haven't been seriously collecting much in recent years (a few miniseries here and there), but I used to collect a good chunk of DC.

My Legion of Super-Heroes collection, scattershot as it is, is still my pride and joy :3
