I just watched My Happy Marriage on Netflix and I enjoyed it a lot. It was very different than other anime I’ve watched. The plot was “spare” but I enjoyed the voice acting, the tempo, the art direction. It was relaxing in a way because it always took its time to make each point. It’s a romance about two people falling in love, but the word “love” is never uttered.

I enjoyed it quite a bit, though I'm always hesitant with picking up Netflix adaptations that they'll wind up cancelling it without finishing the story. I believe this season only adapted the first two volumes of the light novel.

I'll probably continue it with just reading the books at this point, as I would quite like to see how this series develops and how Miyo's new powers wind up being handled as the series progresses.
