Did another thing probably not very well but not too bothered by it. The day was mostly better than the rest of my week thus far. Ehhhhhhh.

Awful

Worried I'm falling back into the "only listening to British landfill indie" pit. And just general 2000/10s jittery sort of indie pop/rock.

I held a plank for two minutes today (it hurt), well done me! Only just now learning about just how much of a genius Sondheim was. The Drugs Don't Work by The Verve reminds me of British Sea Power, I think it's the production. Current favourite food is a fried egg on toast with sriracha and soy sauce.

Had a thing to do today. I did it, but poorly, and not up to my own standards, and I'm annoyed and frustrated by it, but I know that there's no point worrying about it, but I can't help it, which only makes me more frustrated and annoyed, and I have to wait to know exactly just how poorly I did it, and I'm not going to live up to my expectations of myself, or how others perceive me. I am displeased, discouraged, dissuaded, disheartened, and dispirited.

Finished Duchess of Malfi. Poetically morbid. Webster certainly was much possessed by death, it seems.

Today has been better. Not so nauseated, have done some guitarage (Rosylyn by Bon Iver. Probably not spelling it correctly), enjoyed a protein shake which tasted just like a diluted milkshake. Read, like, half or so of The Duchess Of Malfi by Webster. Was in a better mood, notably. Heard Ultravox's Vienna for the first time today. Nice song.

I dry heaved within an hour of waking up. My relationship with food persists in annoying me and being inconveniently complex. I have drank so much water. Haven't played any guitar today, or read. Feel pretty rubbish.
